Chemical & Filter Service

We will perform Chemical & Filter Service each week. Includes:

  • test & balance water
  • add chemicals
  • check pool equipment
  • clean or backwash filter as required

For weeks that have any major national holiday or service days that have inclement weather, we reserve the right to do chemical service only.

Full Hybrid Pool Service

Includes everything in the “Chemical & Filter Service” plan option above. However, we will do “Full Pool Service” bi-weekly when we are there. Full pool service includes:

  • brushing the tiles, walls, and stairs
  • skim surface of pool
  • vacuum or brush the floor
  • empty out skimmer basket.

You as the homeowner would be responsible for the cleaning of the pools on the weeks where we come and do chemicals only. 2 Full Service visits and 2 Chemical Service Only visits.

Full Weekly Pool Service

We will perform Full Weekly Pool Service each week. Includes:

  • test & balance water
  • add chemicals
  • brush walls and tiles
  • skim pool and empty skimmer basket
  • vacuum or brush floor (as needed)
  • inspect equipment
  • clean or backwash filter as required

For weeks that have any major national holiday or service days that have inclement weather, we reserve the right to do chemical service only.

$175: Screened
$200: Non-screened

Upgrade Options Available

Friday Service Day Guarantee:
$75 per month screened
$150 per month screened
Automatic Pool Cleaner:
$25 per month for full service customers
$50 per month screened for all others
Equipment Warranty:
$100 per month

We will provide a warranty on the following items if you are a weekly full pool service customer:

  • Pumps/motor
  • filter
  • timer
  • intake and out take valves
  • salt system and cell
  • any other times are not covered.

Requires a 1 year commitment to full pool service. If you cancel within the first year, then you will be responsible for the full cost of replacement between what you paid for the warranty upgrade and the actual full cost of the repair. This upgrade is also subject to inspection and approval before adding on to your service.
